At Window of Change, we
subscribe to the belief that life is
a sacred journey of healing
transformation and Love.

Raised and educated in Ireland,
Window of Change founder - Marian
O'Dowd - studied conventional
medicine and became a registered
nurse. Having a keen interest in the
holistic approach to health she also
studied Eastern medicine and
became a practitioner of Ayurveda
and Chi Nei Tsang.

Ayurveda:
Marian began her formal education
in Ayurveda in 2005 with
Dharmanidhi Sarasvati – an
Ayurvedic Practitioner and expert in
the nondual spiritual traditions of
India, Tibet, China and Europe.

She went on to study with The
Kerala Academy and then she
moved to New Mexico to study with
Dr Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic
Institute for two years. She
graduated in 2010.

Chi Nei Tsang:
After a traumatic encounter, Marian
was encouraged to get body work to
help process the event. Working with a
CNT practitioner she underwent a deep
healing. So much so, that she was
compelled to learn it and bring it to
others. She is a graduate of the Chi Nei
Tsang Institute in Oakland, California.

Life Coaching:
Growing up in Ireland – the land of
Saints, Scholars and Storytellers -
Marian was imbued with the art of
relating. Life Coaching emphasizes the
inherent power of human relationships
and all that can be accomplished when
intention is set, support is given and
focus is steadfast.

Marian is a certified professional Life
Coach with The Coaches Training
Institute in California and a
Relationship Coach with ORSC. She
also underwent their year long
leadership course.
